Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt of goods.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Item is in its original, unopened, and unassembled condition
- All original packaging (box, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) is intact and undamaged
- Proof of purchase is included
Gunpla kits and figures that have been opened, assembled, or show signs of use WILL NOT be accepted for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@samurai-models.com before sending any items back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and use a signature-required shipping service.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective, or damaged in transit), please contact us immediately. We will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or compensation — without requiring you to return the item.
Refunds
All Shipping, Handling, and Insurance charges are NOT REFUNDABLE.
Even if free shipping was offered, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Items not in original condition (opened, assembled, damaged packaging) are not eligible for return.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@samurai-models.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
