Cancellations
We are only able to cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, a payment processing fee of 3.4% of the order total will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the transaction cost charged by our payment provider, which is non-refundable to us.
Example, order total is ￥10,000. Processing fee is ￥340 (3.4%). Total refund would be ￥9,660.(￥10,000-￥340)
After an order has been shipped, if delivery is refused or is returned by customs,
the actual cost of shipping will be subtracted from your refund total.
Example, order total is ￥10,000. Actual cost of shipping was ￥2,000. Total refund would be ￥8,000.(￥10,000-￥2,000)
If we have to pay the import tax and other charges, we refund the amount after deducted them too.
Example, order total is ￥10,000. Actual return cost of shipping was ￥2,000, Tax and others ¥2,000. Total refund would be ￥6,000.(￥10,000-￥2,000-￥2,000)
